London's je ne sais quoi
Take a break from the mania of Central London, hop west on the District line and you'll find yourself in the community of Chiswick! With its al fresco dining, plethora of independent businesses including; cafés, gastro pubs, wine bars, shops and fresh fruit market stalls you would be forgiven for thinking you were on a Mediterranean holiday (the great British weather would soon burst that little bubble!) but you may say it definitely has a certain je ne sais quoi...regardless of the weather.
With its wide pavements, bustling side streets (Devonshire road, Turnham green) and its mixture of Georgian, Edwardian and Victorian architecture, Chiswick (aka "cheese farm" in old English!) is the perfect place for a spot of shopping, eating and sipping your favourite tipple with your friends.
