Tincan Coffee Co
Speciality coffee, sourdough toasties, sweet treats and a story to tell...
Two friends, one 1960s Citroën campervan named Claude, a love of speciality coffee and the rest is history.
Adam White and Jessie Nicolson began Tincan by selling fantastic fresh coffee out of a van (Claude) at festivals. Over the years they built up a fleet of 6 trucks and two permanent homes in Bristol.
Their first Bristol coffee shop in North Street is very much a tribute to their heritage; furnished with headlamps and seats from the original fleet. But they don't just stop at great coffee. Spilling over with filled croissants and sourdough toasties, the counter of Tincan is always a tempting sight - you can even take a treat home in 100% guilt-free compostable packaging. But if you have time to stick around, you can sit in and sample one of their wholesome, healthy brunches from the menu.
Whether you're vegan, gluten free, or wanting a sugar-free treat... Tincan have something for you.
We've been continually growing as a business, but always stay true to our values: to serve exceptional coffee and food, in a friendly and relaxed environment. Thank you for supporting the independents! Jessie Nicolson
